First Fix is important as it can eliminate any potential installation problems further down the project  build.

It allows our installation teams to ensure any fixings, cables etc can be properly fitted (e.g. behind  paneling, 
above ceilings etc) in order to retain  aesthetics and enhance ease of maintenance.

By working together with the Project Managers, proper time scales can be maintained with no  infringement 
on other parts of the project.
