One of the issues that can be faced regarding the use of interactive whiteboards and plasma systems
is the question of height. Installation at what is perceived as a 'recommended standard' may still
be inconvenient in different situations such as classrooms for the very young who cannot reach up a
higher screen or in a science lab where chairs and benches are traditionally higher.
To help overcome these problems, Loxit have a range of height adjustable products that can be used
in conjunction with the various interactive boards and plasma's now available.
When considering the systems for interactive boards, consideration must also be given to the type of
projector to be used. Whilst there are longer boom arms to cater for standard projectors, these can
make the system unwieldy; there are a few very short throw projectors

This electrically operated trolley allows a Plasma or LCD screen to be
raised or lowered using a wireless remote control.
For many applications where flexibility in use is required, such as
teaching small children utilising interactive screen overlays and working
with wheelchair bound people who need to interact with the screen.
