For conference organisers with numerous speakers throughout the course of a day / several days who
require their speeches and presentations being recorded / uploaded to an on-line library for review or those
unable to attend. (Note: This is not live streaming)

DSMC operator will be available the day before to facilitate setting up and
co-ordinate with event planners / organisers. Will operate system
throughout

library on-line hosting time

User will have 6 hours actual recorded time which can be divided into as
many separate speaker / training / presentation sessions as required

2 months on-line hosting

Each individual session will be hosted
within your own customised library area
on-line for 2 months after the event and
available to all viewers or restricted by
password to authorised viewers only

Additional hosting time is
available as an optional extra
