DENNIS SILVERLOCK
Director
Chartered FCIPD  FIITT
Retired Army Major with interesting misspent youth - ex Skydiving  Instructor,  Army Ski Instructor, JSMEL Mountain Leader, Army  Gymnast, Corp Level  Hockey player, Rugby player along with a host of  other qualifications and  adventures - non of which are any good to  him in the AV industry. Currently  training for his Private Pilots licence -  he still maintains it was all good use  of taxpayers money.
On leaving the Army in 1994, he set up as a Consultant Presentation  Skills  Trainer for businesses. As new technology was introduced for  classrooms,  was increasing  requested to provide it. Became an AV  Dealer in 1996 and a  specialist in  Interactive Technologies, working  closely with many noted  manufacturers to  improve their products and   software.

SHARLEEN TOLLER
Director
Ex Dog Agility Trainer and Breeder, Sharleen has travelled the country  competing and running training classes which has included training  handlers to Crufts' winning levels. 
She gave it all up in 2001 to set up an Interactive Training Company  with  Dennis Silverlock, providing some of the first properly structured  and  qualified IWB  training then available. 
Sharleen manages the sales and customer services for the  company,liaises  with distributors and other suppliers as well as  coordinating the  general  company procedures.

ADRIAN FISHER
Director - The Installation Company
BSc AES
Adrian has a long association with the audio visual industry having  worked  as a sound engineer on the rock band circuit and in support of   many noted  bands. 
He started his own small company before being employed by Dennis  for 4  years as the Company Installation Manager. He left with Dennis'  support to  re-set up his own consultancy, installation and technical  support company -  'The Installation Company'.
He continues to maintain a very close working relationship with Dennis   &  Sharleen supporting all the main technical projects.
