Once on-site, Phoenix AV is aware for a professional approach and to ensure any disruption is  kept to an absolute minimum. 

In advance of any visit, the clients will be contacted and informed as to which Fitter Team will be  visiting, who the Team Leader  and contact will  be as well as given an outline of procedures for  them to follow in order to assist the on-site team. This  is  done via one of our Pre-Visit Letters  and  Authority Forms

All Fitter Team members are Police Security and background checked as well as First Aid  qualified. They are all aware of the  importance any  clients business is and will undertake to  ensure that their behaviour is impecable and unreproachable.
